The Scheduled Reports Library stores a record of each scheduled report configuration from all users. You can view, send immediately, disable, edit, and open reports configured from this library.

Use the scheduled reports options at the top of the workspace as required:

  • Show scheduled reports from all users. When selected, you can view reports that other users have scheduled. This option is available to users with user rights for Manage Scheduled Report enabled. For more information, see About user rights.
  • Bulk Action. Use this option to enable, disable, or delete the selected scheduled report from the library.
  • Search. Retrieves scheduled reports that match user search criteria.

To view scheduled reports:

  1. Go to Index, then navigate to Network Performance Monitor > Configuration and Settings > Scheduled Reports.
  2. Click Scheduled Reports. The currently scheduled reports display in the Scheduled Reports Library.

Each entry on the scheduled reports workspace contains the following:

  • Options. Click to access report row options.
    • Send immediately. Select to send the scheduled email report to the intended recipients immediately.
    • Disable. Select to stop the scheduled report from being sent at the scheduled interval.
    • Enable. The scheduled report will be returned to a scheduled interval.
    • Edit. The scheduled report opens in the Scheduled Report dialog where you can change the report settings.
    • Delete. The scheduled report will be removed.
    • Open Report. The report will open in the Network Performance Monitor dashboard.
    • Send immediately. This option accesses the properties for the device. The Device Properties dialog is used to manage each device, credentials, applied monitors, actions, notices, and other details about the device.
  • Report. The name of the scheduled report.
  • User. The user that set up the scheduled report.
  • Schedule. The intervals that the report is scheduled to be emailed.
  • Next. The next date and time that the scheduled report will be distributed.
  • Schedule Details. The combination of the interval and time frame for the scheduled report configuration.
  • Status. Lists whether the report is enabled or disabled.
