You can view your LoadMaster 360 tenant's usage and billing information on the Usage and billing page.
- A single LoadMaster
- Two LoadMasters configured as a High Availability (HA) pair
- An application being load balanced by a LoadMaster
LoadMasters do not count as a used asset for pooled licenses (just applications).
LoadMasters that are GEO partners that are not in a HA pair are considered to be individual assets. An application includes a maximum of 15 Virtual Services. Examples of applications include VMware View, Microsoft Exchange, SharePoint, or a web application.
For further information, refer to the following section: What is an asset?
The top-right of the page displays the Last refreshed date and time. You can click Sync entitlements to pull the most recent information from the Progress Kemp licensing server.

Pooled License Overview
This section displays your current license capacity and current LoadMaster capacity graphs. There is a graphical representation of how much license capacity is in use and how many LoadMasters are in use. The bar shows as green if the usage is under 50%, amber if it is 51-80%, and red if it is 81-100%.
On the right (over the license capacity graph), it shows the amount of bandwidth used from the maximum available capacity (in Gb). If you have a communications channel configured, an email is sent when the license capacity limit is reached.
On the right (over the LoadMaster capacity graph), the number of used LoadMasters versus the total number of available LoadMasters is shown. If you have a communications channel configured, an email is sent when the LoadMaster limit is reached.
Assets overview
This section displays your asset usage for the current period. There is a graphical representation of how many assets are in use. The bar shows as green if the usage is under 50%, amber if it is 51-80%, and red if it is 81-100%. On the right, the number of used assets versus total access is shown. If you have a communications channel configured, an email is sent when the asset limit is reached. The number of mapped applications and LoadMasters is shown below the graph.
Mapped application usage
This table displays the usage percentage for each mapped application. The usage percentage shows the percentage of Virtual Services assigned to the application out of the overall limit (15 Virtual Services per application). Under 50% usage appears in green, 51-80% shows as amber, and 81-100% usage shows as red in the graph. The quota (how many Virtual Services) are in each application is also displayed. You can use the drop-down list at the bottom to display 10, 20, or 50 items per page. You can use the Previous and Next buttons to scroll through the pages as needed.
