When a LoadMaster 360 tenant license expires, users within that tenant are locked out of LoadMaster 360 and new data stops being collected. If the LoadMaster 360 license is renewed within 30 days of the expiration date, no existing data is lost. If the license is not renewed within 30 days of the expiration date, all existing data is removed for this tenant. To renew and avoid data loss, contact your Account Manager or Progress Kemp Support.

An incident is created in the Incidents center 90, 60, 30, and 7 days prior to the expiry date. Daily notifications are provided when the license is due to expire within the next 7 days. An incident is also created immediately when the LoadMaster 360 license expires. If an email address is configured in the Communications channels, emails are also sent when these incidents are created.

A banner is displayed within LoadMaster 360 to notify users when the license is due to expire within the next 30 days. You cannot snooze this banner. The banner displays in amber if the tenant expiration date is greater than 7 days away. If the expiration date is within the next 7 days, the banner displays in red.
