There is a section on the Connector device details page that provides a detailed, time‑based view of the Connector’s availability over the past seven days. This view helps you to identify when the Connector was reachable or unreachable and understand how long it was in each state throughout each day.
The availability bar displays a horizontal timeline for each of the last seven days.
Each bar is divided into time‑based segments that indicate the Connector’s actual state during different periods of the day. The visualization may include the following states:
- Reachable
- Unreachable
- No data available (black): Displayed for time periods prior to the creation of the Connector, when no monitoring data is available. For example, if a Connector was created on Friday, no data is shown for any time period before its creation.
A detailed state‑duration table beneath the availability bar provides a breakdown of every state change observed during the past seven days, including:
- Start: The date of the recorded state.
- Status: Whether the Connector was reachable or unreachable.
- From / To: The exact times during which the state occurred.
- Duration: The total time the Connector remained in that state.
This tabular view enables precise analysis of availability periods and helps you to identify patterns in Connector status.
