Most of the time these messages are not formatted well and are too complex to understand what to do about them. LoadMaster 360 removes the complexity and provides an abstract layer of context enrichment, so you can understand the impact of each alert without having a deep understanding of the complex messaging system.

The Incidents center provides a wealth of information and tools to effectively manage your system's incidents. Here are its main components:
- Detailed information on issues and events: Gain in-depth insights into the issues and events affecting your LoadMasters.
- Issue management: Effectively manage and address issues that arise, ensuring the smooth operation of your environment.
- Communication channels: External alerting to specific team members when an issue is detected, updated, or resolved.
- Take control of your incident management by manually acknowledging issues as they arise.
The Incidents center page (hover over the Incidents tab and click Incidents center) in LoadMaster 360 provides details about all incidents, issues, and events that are reported for your environment.
