Refer to the sections below to find out what happens when you initially log in with either a valid or invalid Progress ID.

Valid Progress ID

The first time a user in an organization logs in to LoadMaster 360 successfully, they may see a screen that says LoadMaster 360 subscription not found. You can click Activate subscription on this screen to create a LoadMaster 360 tenant (instance) for your organization.

Enter an Order ID and click Create.

The person who creates the tenant becomes the tenant owner.

When you have a valid Progress ID and are a member of existing tenant, follow these steps to log into LoadMaster 360 for the first time:
  1. Using a web browser, go to https://portal.kemp.ax/login. The LoadMaster 360 login page is displayed.
  2. Enter your Progress ID and password to log in.
  3. You are presented with the End User License Agreement (EULA). Click Accept to proceed further.
    Note: The EULA page appears when you access the user interface for the first time or if the EULA changes.
  4. After successful authentication, you are presented with the main menu and home screen of LoadMaster 360.
  5. Depending upon the global tenant settings, you may be forced to (or can optionally configure) multi-factor authentication for your LoadMaster 360 account. For further details, refer to the following section: Multi-factor authentication.
While logging in, you may get the following error messages:
  • Account upgrade needed: This usually indicates that you do not have an Enterprise or Enterprise Plus subscription (which is required for LoadMaster 360). Contact Progress Kemp to upgrade, if required.
  • Permissions not found for this tenant: Contact your LoadMaster 360 administrator (tenant owner) to send you an invitation from LoadMaster 360 to grant you permissions to the tenant.

Invalid Progress ID

If you get an error message saying the Progress ID or password is invalid, you may have entered incorrect credentials or the Progress ID might not be valid.

To create a Progress ID, click the Create one now link. When your Progress ID is successfully created, follow the steps under the heading Valid Progress ID to log into LoadMaster 360.
