There is a section on the LoadMaster details page that defines the state including the color indicator of the LoadMaster. The possible states of LoadMaster are as follows:

Healthy (green): The LoadMaster is up and running, and no issue or error is detected.

Unknown (gray): The LoadMaster status is unknown because the Connector is disconnected.

Loss of redundancy (orange): One LoadMaster in a High Availability (HA) pair is currently unreachable.

Unreachable (red): The LoadMaster is currently unreachable.

There is a section that indicates the number of unresolved issues based on their severity (Warning or Critical). Clicking the unresolved issues link directs you to the Incident center page to get the details of the unresolved issue for the past seven days.
