The Connector details page includes performance data, overall health data, and Connector details.

To get to the Connector details page:
  • From the Infrastructure > Device Inventory tab: Click a Connector name in the Name column.
  • From a LoadMaster details page: Click the Connector name link under Connector.
At the top of the Connector details page, there is a Connector credentials button.
Note: If the Connector is unreachable the Connector credentials button will not appear.

Connector Credentials

Clicking Connector Credentials opens a window containing the two keys:
  • The Connector bal user password
  • The lm360user password
The lm360user can be used to expand the storage on the Connector. If the Connector is reachable but the passwords cannot be retrieved, the boxes will be amber and there will be a message saying Password unavailable. When the passwords are available, they are hidden by default, but you can click the eye icon to reveal them. Both passwords are encrypted. Contact the Support team to decrypt them. You can click the copy icon to copy the keys to your clipboard.

Connector Status

Note: Clicking Connector Status requires that your browser has access to the same network as the Connector. If your browser cannot reach the network, you may need to use a client that has network access.
Clicking Connector Status opens a separate Connector Status page. This page provides details relating to:
  • Process status
  • Default Gateway status
  • Container Network Interface (CNI) details
  • Endpoint status
  • Kubernetes pod status
  • Image download test
  • Target machines under management (this shows what LoadMasters are being managed by LoadMaster 360). Network reachability is verified through an ICMP check.

Issues are highlighted in red. Each section depends on the successful completion of the previous section's checks. This sequential process can help you to pinpoint any issues more effectively.

If there are any connectivity issues, refer to the Firewall and connectivity requirements section for details on firewall rules that you may need to configure.
