You can access various different areas of LoadMaster 360 by using the menu at the top. You can perform several functions in each area:

In the top-right of the LoadMaster 360 interface, there is:
  • A Demo mode toggle switch. For more details on demo mode, refer to the following section: Demo mode.
  • A Help option that allows you to:
    • Click Documentation to navigate to the relevant documentation page depending on what LoadMaster 360 screen you are on.
    • Click Get support to raise a Support ticket.
    • Click Help center to access the Progress Kemp Support site.
    The copyright information is also displayed when you hover over the Help option.
  • A settings cog icon. For more details on the available settings, refer to the following section: Settings.
  • A light-bulb icon. When you click the lightbulb icon you can access the Resource Center. This includes:
    • A quick-start checklist that can help you to get started with LoadMaster 360.
    • A link to the LoadMaster 360 documentation.

    If there are any new announcements since the last time you reviewed them, a red bubble appears with a number indicating the number of new announcements.

  • A profile drop-down that allows you to sign out
