When you first select Incidents center (under Incidents) in LoadMaster 360, the default view displays all of the Unresolved issues ordered by Relevance.
- All of the resolved issues which have a green check icon appear at the bottom of the list
- All of the unresolved critical issues appear above the unresolved warning issues
- Within the lists of critical and warning issues - the issues are ordered by time (newest are ordered at the top)
You can select All to view a list of all issues (including resolves ones).
The All and Unresolved options show how many issues exist for each status in brackets.
You can acknowledge an issue by selecting it and clicking Acknowledge on the right. This helps you to distinguish unreviewed issues from ones that you have already reviewed. You can filter the issues by acknowledged or unacknowledged using the Acknowledged drop-down list. You can also un-acknowledge an issue by clicking Acknowledged in the issue detail pane on the right.
Most issues that are reported in LoadMaster 360 resolve themselves, for example, if a Virtual Service goes down and comes back up. However, some issues do not self-resolve, for example, if a Virtual Service is moved from one application to another. LoadMaster 360 provides you with the ability to manually resolve issues as needed. To do this, click the three dots next to the Acknowledge button and click Manually resolve. This overrides the system state and marks the issue as resolved.
Sorting and filtering
- Warning: There is a loss of redundancy.
- Critical: For example, all Virtual Services/Real Servers are down or a Connector is disconnected.
You can also filter to show issues reported in the Last day, Last 7 days, Last 30 days, or Last 90 days.
You can also narrow down the list of results using the search box.
You can reset your view at any time by clicking Reset.
