The issue details section provides relevant information for any issue that occurs which enables you to resolve outstanding issues and prevent recurrences. A short timeline of the issue events is provided.

In the Incidents center (under Incidents) in LoadMaster 360, you can click an issue on the left to get details about that issue on the right.

Each issue in the list has a description of the issue, a severity, and an issue number (unique for this issue within this LoadMaster 360 instance). The description highlights the key pieces of information so you can quickly perform troubleshooting and root cause analysis.

When you click an issue, you get details about the issue on the right. Next to the issue number, you can see if the issue relates to a Connector, Application, LoadMaster, or LoadMaster HA pair.

On the right, you can see timestamps for when the issue was Detected, Acknowledged, and Resolved (if the issue is resolved).

The Overview section provides a diagram representing the issue. This diagram allows you to quickly understand the meaning of the issue and how it may be affecting application delivery. A red (unresolved) or green (resolved) color appears under the affected element (Connector, Virtual Service, or Application).

The Description section provides timestamps and details about the events that occurred.

The Knowledge base articles section provides a list of related useful articles that can educate you on causes of the issue and steps to take to resolve or prevent the issue.

The Relevant config changes section provides excerpts from log files that may relate to the issue. These excerpts relate to any configuration changes made on the LoadMaster that might be relevant to the issue so you can quickly identify issues caused by misconfiguration.

The Related issues section provides a table of related issues reported by LoadMaster 360. You can sort this table by clicking any of the column names.

The Previous occurrences section provides a heat map indicating how many times this issue has happened (for the same object) in the last 30 days and the total number of occurrences. This may help you to identify patterns of the issue occurring. There is also a graph that highlights particular days that the issue occurred on previously. You can hover over the blue tiles to get details about how many times the issue occurred on a particular day.
