Devices can be grouped in one of the following status categories at the top of the Infrastructure > Device Inventory screen:

  • Stable: The device is reachable and healthy
  • At risk: This could mean:
    • The device status is unknown because of a disconnected Connector
    • A LoadMaster from a HA pair is currently unreachable
  • Critical: A device is unreachable
Each device also has its own status, such as:
  • Unreachable: The related Connector might be down
  • Reachable: The Connector is reachable and there are no problems with it
  • Never connected: The Connector has never successfully communicated with LoadMaster 360
  • Needs attention: There may be an unresolved issue for the device. For example, if a LoadMaster reboots and comes back online - the Status is set to Needs attention until you acknowledge the reboot issue in the Incidents center tab.
  • Unknown: The status of the device is unknown, for example, the related Connector might be down or deleted
  • Some LoadMasters unreachable: Some LoadMasters are unreachable
  • Invalid HA State: There is an invalid High Availability (HA) state
  • Misconfigured: Something is misconfigured, for example, both LoadMasters in a HA pair are in an active/active state
  • Healthy: There are no unresolved issues
  • Contacting Licensing Server: After adding a new LoadMaster to LoadMaster 360, the licensing server is contacted to apply the appropriate license to the LoadMaster.

If there is a related issue in the Incidents center, you can click on the status to get to the Incidents center.
