The Connector is disconnected. Check the Connector Virtual Machine in your environment and ensure it is powered on.

When the Connector is deployed, LoadMaster 360 should display a status of Reachable for the Connector in the Infrastructure > Device Inventory screen.

If there are issues with the Connector reachability, the status may be shown as Never connected or Unreachable. This means the Connector cannot communicate with LoadMaster 360. In most cases, the reason is that there are network issues or the necessary firewall rules are not in place to allow the connection. The firewall rules are documented in the following section: Firewall and connectivity requirements.

Try to ping the IP and DNS addresses from a device in the same network as the Connector. On the same device, try to ping LoadMaster 360.
