Configured FTP Site (definition)
A configured FTP site is a collection of information about an FTP server. A site configuration includes:
- Your name for the site configuration
- The site's host name or IP address, as well as host type
- Your user ID, password, and account on the site
- The startup folder for the FTP site
- Any commands you want to send the site
- The local and remote file masks
- A time offset (if the site is in a different time zone)
- Retry, timeout, and port settings
