Transferring only newer files

When you transfer a folder to a location where a folder with the same name already exists, you can make sure WS_FTP does not overwrite a file that has the same or a newer date. To do this, you set WS_FTP to transfer only files having newer dates and times than the files in the folder to which you are transferring.

  1. Select Tools > Options.
  2. Select the Transfers page.
  3. Select Don't transfer older/same files during folder transfers.
