Working with timestamp problems on uploads
If the FTP site is a Windows NT host , it will always stamp incoming files with Greenwich Mean Time (GMT). To correct this, enter the time difference in the site properties. When you upload a file to any other type of FTP site, the file date and time is usually automatically updated by the FTP site to the date and time of the transfer. If Preserve file time on upload (MDTM support required) is selected, WS_FTP will attempt to keep the timestamp that is on the local system with the MDTM command. If the FTP server does not support this command, the file time will be changed.
