Remote System Pane
The Remote System pane displays the contents of the current directory on the FTP server you are connected to. It is the area in which you manage remote files (rename, delete, view, copy, move, etc.). The site name for the remote connection is displayed on the tab associated with this pane.
You can organize this list by clicking on the Name, Size, Type, Modified, and Attribute buttons.
There are many ways to change the current remote directory:
- Click the Up arrow
- Click Browse, then select the directory you want to change to and click OK.
- Select a recent folder from the list box
- Click Folders, then select a folder
The WS_FTP Command bar is located above the remote file list.
Note: If the server you are connected to is
WS_FTP Server or
WS_FTP Server with SSH v6.1 or later, and the Server Administrator has set disk space quotas, your disk space remaining is displayed at the bottom of the remote file list, in the main window.
