Register a Business Hours entry to aggregate and reveal data for those periods relevant to your performance monitor, report, log, or management task.

To create a Business Hours library entry:

  1. Select Scheduling Activities > Business Hours from the SETTINGS main menu. This launches the Business Hours Library dialog.
  2. Click Add. This launches the Edit Business Hours dialog. Please note, you may also select an existing entry to edit, delete, or copy using this dialog.
  3. Enter a Name for your Business Hours Library entry.
  4. Click and drag to select the 1/4 hour intervals and days of the week for which you want to show data.
  5. Click Save.
