Choosing Business Hours

Register a Business Hours entry to aggregate and reveal data for those periods relevant to your performance monitor, report, log, or management task.
To create a Business Hours library entry:
- Select Scheduling Activities > Business Hours from the SETTINGS main menu. This launches the Business Hours Library dialog.
- Click Add. This launches the Edit Business Hours dialog. Please note, you may also select an existing entry to edit, delete, or copy using this dialog.
- Enter a Name for your Business Hours Library entry.
- Click and drag to select the 1/4 hour intervals and days of the week for which you want to show data.
- Click Save.
