The Sites interface provides details about the geographic locations of WhatsUp Gold installations connected to WhatsUp Gold 360. To access this view, click Infrastructure > Sites in the menu at the top of the WhatsUp Gold 360 interface.

The list of sites displayed is searchable. To remove any search term(s) and revert to the default view, click Reset.

For each site displayed, you can see the following information:

  • Site name. The name entered when the site was added to WhatsUp Gold 360.
  • Status. The current status of the site; Unknown (Grey), Up (Green), or Down (Red).
  • Infrastructure. The total number of connectors and WhatsUp Gold instances associated with the site. Click the hyperlinked number in this column to launch the Connectors/Server instances interface prefiltered for the specific site.
  • Total devices. The total number of devices associated with the site. Click the number to launch the Devices interface with a connector-specific filter already applied.
  • Last update. The most recent date and time site information was updated.

These columns can be alternately displayed or hidden based on user preference. Click Columns at the right side of the interface. This launches a dialog containing a toggle control for each column. Use these controls to specify which user information should be displayed. Columns displayed can also be sorted and filtered as needed using the controls visible when hovering over any column header.

To add a new site to WhatsUp Gold 360, click Add, enter a name for the site, then click Add.

To edit an existing site, click the site name, then click Edit, make any necessary configuration changes, then click Save.

To delete an existing site, click the site name, then click Delete.
