Navigate the WhatsUp Gold 360 user interface

You can access various different areas of WhatsUp Gold 360 by using the menu at the top. You can perform several functions in each area:

  • Dashboard. Add and manage widgets that provide performance insights.
  • Infrastructure. View, add, and manage monitored devices, connectors, and sites.
  • Reports. Create, view, and manage custom report views.
  • System. Manage communication channels, WhatsUp Gold 360 user accounts, and billing.

In the top-right of the user interface, you can click the icon depicting a light bulb to access announcements and notifications from Progress Software about your product. There is also an icon representing the user account currently logged in to WhatsUp Gold 360. Clicking this icon launches a dialog where you can access the following:

  • User preferences. Use the controls found here to toggle between light and dark themes and to select a language.
  • Help. These options give you access to applicable help content, the WhatsUp Gold 360 community site, and legal documentation including the end user license agreement, third-party acknowledgements, and any available notices applicable to the product.
  • Give feedback. Select this option to launch a new browser tab presenting the CVP section of the WhatsUp Gold 360 community site where you can ask questions and interact with other users.
  • Sign out. Select this option to sign out of WhatsUp Gold 360.
  • Release notes. Select this option to launch a new browser tab presenting the latest release notes document for WhatsUp Gold 360.
