The Usage and billing interface enables you to see information about your subscription and asset usage at a glance. To access this view, click System > Billing in the menu at the top of the WhatsUp Gold 360 interface.

This interface includes the following widgets:

  • Subscription details. This widget displays information about your plan such as the level of support included and the number of connectors, email alerts, and SMS alerts included as well as your Tenant ID, initial Activation date, and your Next billing date. Click Manage plan to launch a new browser tab where you can log in and make changes to your subscription.
  • Subscription add-ons. This widget displays any optional enhancements and features you've added to your subscription. Click Add-on options to launch a new browser tab where you can log in and manage your subscription add-ons.
  • Assets overview. This widget displays your asset usage (connectors, email alerts, and SMS alerts) for the current period.
