You can use the Watched Tasks widget to view a list of the watched tasks, navigate to specific tasks, and sort the watched tasks list.

Data changes are automatically pushed to each of the widgets. The widget visualization is updated accordingly.

To navigate to a specific task

  • Click the task name to open the task.

To open the Task Run report for a specific task

  • Click the result icon for the chosen task.

To sort the watched tasks list

You can sort the watched tasks Task List or Last Run columns.

  • To sort the column ascending, click the column header once. The ascending icon , is displayed in the header.
  • To sort the column descending, click the column header twice. The descending icon , is displayed in the header.

Note: The Watched Task list is a global list, including tasks that were added to the list by all MOVEit Automation users.
