To access this dialog box:

Select HOSTS > Add Host > OneDrive.

When you create the host, you can set the following properties. To set additional properties, edit the host.

Note: The host's properties page shows the configured settings for each property area. To view all possible settings, click Edit.

OneDrive Host Field

Description

Friendly Name

A name for the host. The name you specify appears in the MOVEit Automation user interface.

Description

Optional. Description of the host. This field is informational only, and does not affect the operation of the host.

Authentication

Select Certificate Authentication or Client Secret Authentication. Both methods use a Microsoft Entra ID application to authorize access to OneDrive resources.

Certificate Authentication

Tenant ID: A unique identifier for the Microsoft Entra ID tenant where the OneDrive application is registered. Also known as the Directory ID.

Username: Username of a OneDrive instance user.

Client ID: The Application (Client) ID of the Microsoft Entra ID app registration used to access OneDrive.

Certificate: Click Set Cert to select a TLS client certificate.

Client Secret Authentication

Tenant ID: A unique identifier for the Microsoft Entra ID tenant where the OneDrive application is registered. Also known as the Directory ID.

Username: Username of a OneDrive instance user.

Client ID: The Application (Client) ID of the Microsoft Entra ID app registration used to access OneDrive.

Client Secret: The Client Secret for your OneDrive App.

Proxy Server

The available fields depend on the selected proxy type.

Type

Type of proxy server with which MOVEit Automation communicates. Available proxy types:
  • None
  • HTTP
  • HTTPS

Hostname/IP Address

The full hostname or IP address of the proxy server to which you want to connect.

Port

The TCP Port of the proxy server.

Username, Password

The credentials for proxy server authentication.

Click to test your connection.
