Tasks can be added or removed from the Watched Task list. The list provides quick access to your favorite tasks.

The Watched Task list is available from the Watched Tasks widget on the Dashboard, and can be applied as a filter to the Task List.

To add or or remove a task from the Watched Tasks list

  • To add a task to the Watched Task list, click the Add to watch list () icon beside the task name on the Task List page, or beside the task name on the individual task page.
  • To remove a task to the Watched Task list, click the Remove from watch list () icon beside the task name on the Task List page, or beside the task name on the individual task page.

Tasks that are on the watched list are accompanied by a gold star ().

Tasks that are not on the watched list are accompanied by a clear star ().

Note: The Watched Task list is a global list, including tasks that were added to the list by all MOVEit Automation users.
