Session timeout

PDC automatically logs users out after 2 hours of inactivity. However, the inactivity timer only resets if activity occurs after at least 1 hour (50%) of inactivity.

Examples

• If a user logs in, uses PDC for less than an hour, and then steps away, they will be logged out 2 hours after login.
• If a user logs in, is inactive for an hour, and then resumes activity, the timer resets, and they will be logged out 2 hours after that new activity if no further interaction occurs.
