Progress Data Cloud status page notifications and the Progress Alert & Notification Service allow tenant administrators to stay informed about important events that may impact service availability, such as planned maintenance windows, service outages, and updates. Subscribe to both to ensure maximum coverage.
Progress Data Cloud status page notifications
Progress Data Cloud (PDC) status page notifications inform you about operational events specific to the Progress Data Cloud platform, such as planned maintenance windows, service outages, and urgent operational updates. Subscriptions are easy to manage and can be updated at any time. One primary and one backup contact should subscribe to ensure coverage.
To subscribe to PDC status page notifications:
- Navigate to the Progress Data Cloud status page.
- Click Get updates on the upper right.
- Select your preferred method for receiving updates.
- Enter your email address.
- Optional. Select specific components by clicking the Subscribe to specific components checkbox and selecting the components.
- Click Subscribe.
- You will receive a confirmation email. Click Confirm your subscription in the email.
Progress Alert & Notification Service (PANS)
The Progress Alert & Notification Service (PANS) delivers product-level notifications for the technologies that underpin PDC, including critical security advisories, product patches and releases, and new Knowledge Base articles.
To subscribe to PANS:
- Navigate to the Progress Alert & Notification Service page on the Progress Community.
- Log in with your Progress ID. If you do not have a Progress ID, create one from the login page.
- Select the product categories you want to receive notifications for.
- Click Subscribe. You can update your subscriptions at any time by returning to the PANS page and modifying your selections.
