The Automate MFT Resource Center is an in‑product panel that provides quick access to product updates, guided learning content, support resources, and feedback channels directly from the Web Admin UI.

To open the Resource Center, click the Resource Center icon in the menu bar. Resource Center content is available to all logged-in users. A notification badge may indicate newly available content.

Resource Center sections

The Resource Center includes the following sections:

  • What’s New: Displays the latest features and product notifications.

  • Guided Tours: Provides step‑by‑step tours to help users get started with key Automate MFT features.

  • Support and Training: Provides resources for Automate MFT users, such as training content, and community links. A notification badge may indicate newly available content.

  • Feedback: Provides access to feedback and product ideas channels, allowing users to share input with the Automate MFT team. A notification badge may indicate new or unread items.
