Automate MFT provides monitoring and reporting capabilities to help administrators and users track system health, task execution, file transfers, and compliance with licensing limits. These features give visibility into both real-time and historical activity.

Reports include logs of task runs and file activity. Users can view filtered reports for individual tasks or across all runs. File activity reports show which files were transferred, their status, and any errors encountered.

Users can generate downloadable audit logs in JSON or CSV format. Audit logs are generated for a selected time range and type, and remain accessible for download after creation.

The Plan and Usage dashboard displays monthly statistics on system activity, including number of tasks run, files transferred, and usage against licensed limits.
