Use Diagnostic process (-diagProc) to specify an executable
to spawn when a diagnostic event triggers.

- A string identifiying the name of the executable to spawn.
Diagnostic data collection will spawn a diagnostic process only when the event level specified is between the positive or negative values of 4 through 7 or 12 through 15.
