Requirements for Link Edit and Compiling an IP

On Windows, Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 or higher is required. On Linux/UNIX, an ANSI C compiler, linker, and a make utility are required. Refer to the OpenAccess SDK Installation Guide for supported compilers on each platform.
