This function gets the next row of data to be used for inserting into your data source.
Related functions:
- dam_getFirstValueSet and dam_getNextValueSet step through the columns of the insert row.
- dam_getColToSet and dam_getValueToSet retrieve the corresponding column handle and the associated value.
- dam_describeCol with the column handle retrieves the name and number of the target column.
