User Profile

To access a user profile page:

In the navigation pane, click USERS. In the user list, click a username.

View or change profile settings:

You can edit a user's permissions, access rules, and other attributes. For details, see the following sections:

• General Information. Username, email addresses, notifications, language
• User Authentication. Account status, last sign-on, expiration policy, authentication source, password, required credentials, remote access policy
• User Settings Folder and Ad Hoc quotas, package expiration, send to unregistered, send attachments, attachment download limits, home folder, default folder, upload/download wizard, sign on/ sign off, logging, DLP Ruleset.
• Group Information for this user
• Address Book Information for this user
• Shared Mailbox Information for this user
