The documents referenced below are templates to be used by operations staff when designing their own access request forms and instructions to end users. They include the information that administrators and users need to exchange when setting up a new client to use MOVEit Transfer.

All documents are in Rich Text Format (RTF) format, so they can be used and edited in word processing programs such as Microsoft Word.

Access Request Form

Asks the user for basic information such as preferred client, expected IP address, and other information.

Instructions by Protocol

The following templates tell the user what clients to use to connect, the IP address/username/password information, and additional information about the expected behavior of the transfer.
