Change passwords and descriptions

Whether you are an administrator or an operator, you can change your own unique password or your description from the Authorized Users page. Administrators can edit the password or description of any user, but operators are restricted to editing only their own password and description.
If an administrator changes a user password, that user is presented with a login screen when next accessing OpenEdge Management. When the user provides the correct password, the user can resume working. However, if the user does not enter the correct password, the user login process fails and access is denied.
