The Web Admin tab is visible and available only in MOVEit Automation version 2024.1.9 or later. To view and use this tab, ensure that MOVEit Automation 2024.1.9 or a later version is installed.
The Web Admin Servers field lists the Web Admin instance or instances that can connect to and manage a single MOVEit Automation server with an Ignore Cert indicator to clarify if Ignore Cert Errors is enabled for each instance.
Select the Ignore Cert Errors check box if the Web Admin server uses a self-signed certificate.
Manage Web Admin instances
To edit a listed Web Admin instance:
- Select the Web Admin instance.
- Edit the URL in the URL field, and select or clear the Ignore Cert Errors check box.
- To save your changes, click Save.
To add a Web Admin instance to the list:
- Click New.
- Enter the URL details in the URL field, and select or clear the Ignore Cert Errors check box.
- To add the instance to the list, click Save.
To remove a Web Admin instance from the list:
- Select the Web Admin instance.
- Click Remove.
Note: If a URL is removed from the Web Admin Servers field and
the change is saved or applied, any existing sessions logged in through that Web Admin
instance remain active. To invalidate those sessions, restart the MOVEit Automation
service.
After making changes in the Web Admin tab, click Apply or OK and restart the MOVEit Automation service for the changes to take effect.
