Update using the Offline Licensing Method

To upgrade the license using the offline method, you need to enter license text in the LoadMaster. You can either get this from Progress Kemp or by using the Get License link.

To get the license text using the Get License link:

1. Click the Get License link.

   

2. Enter the Progress ID. This is the email address used during Progress ID registration.
3. Enter the Password for the Progress account.
4. Click GENERATE LICENSE.
5. A page displays showing the license text. Click the here link to copy the license text. Go back to the LoadMaster UI.
6. Paste the license into the License text area and click Apply License.
7. Click OK.
8. Click Update License/Owner.
9. We recommend rebooting to activate the updated license.
10. To verify the updated license details, click the Home menu option that displays the license information on the LoadMaster UI.
