Note: Offline licensing is not available for Free or Service Provider License Agreement (SPLA) LoadMasters.
Note: Before licensing the LoadMaster, a Progress ID (formerly Kemp ID) is required. If one does not already exist, follow the steps in the Register for a Progress ID section to get one.

If you can access the LoadMaster User Interface (UI) but the LoadMaster does not have access to the internet, you can obtain a license can be using the offline method. You can license using the offline method in the following ways:

  • Through clicking the link in the LoadMaster
  • Through accessing the Offline Licensing page directly
