In carrying out its obligations, Progress may, at its discretion, record part or all of the calls between the Customer and Progress. Call recording is primarily for the purposes of monitoring Progress' service quality, however in some circumstances Progress may use call recording to review interactions between the Customer and Progress representatives, including to determine if a Customer has been abusive or offensive towards Progress representatives, which could lead to grounds for termination of Support. By utilizing these Support services, you expressly consent to have your calls with Progress monitored and/or recorded at Progress’ sole discretion.
