- Call Progress DataDirect sales to obtain a key to upgrade your evaluation version or to extend your evaluation version.
- Log on as a user with local administration rights.
- From the Start menu, select Progress DataDirect OpenAccess SDK 8.1 / Server and IP SDK / Product Registration.
- Select the product with Universal in the product name if you have a single key for multiple platforms.
- Select the option with WINNT in the product name if you have been issued a platform-specific key.
- Enter the serial number and key, and follow the instructions.
