Progress DataDirect Technical Support may, on occasion, ask that you use the Processor Information Utility to identify the type of license you need.
After you have untarred the OpenAccess SDK Server package, execute from a command shell: ddprocinfo.
The utility automatically determines the number and type of processors in your machine and displays the information. The message also includes the type of license required for your Progress DataDirect product. Provide this information to Technical Support when requested.
