Automate MFT supports task run and file activity reports. Users can track the progress and status of file transfers and automated workflows.
Limit result entries You can select the number of report entries to list from the Rows per page drop-down list for the Task Runs and the File Activity reports. The selected value is stored in the browser's local storage. The default is 30 rows.
Task Run
For each task, the Task Run report details the queued time, start time, task name, duration in the format minutes: seconds, status, the number of files transferred, the total size transferred, and how or by whom the task was started.

- View Run Details. Displays the run details in the details panel.
- View File Activity. Opens and filters the File Activity page for the selected run.
- For this task
- View Task Runs. Filters the Task Run page for the selected task.
- View File Activity. Opens and filters the file activity for the individual task, across multiple runs of the task.
File Activity
The File Activity report details information such as log time, task name, source file name, activity, status, size, source path and destination path. Each activity of a task is listed on a separate row.

- View Activity Details. Displays the activity details in the details panel.
- For this task run
- View Task Run. Displays the Task Run report, filtered to show only runs for the selected task.
- View Activity Details. Displays the File Activity report, filtered to display only rows related to this specific file activity.
