Explanation
Knowledge Model Management (KMM) allows you to export the history of work done in a particular model. (For instance, you can see who added new concepts, changed labels, and so on.)
This article explains how to export the history of changes made in a model as a customizable report in CSV format.
Assumptions
- You have an existing model. (The model can be empty or have concepts in it.)
- You have the MANAGER, EDITOR, or CONTRIBUTOR role for the model.
Method
- Open the master copy of an existing model (in this example, we use “Test Model”).
- Click the Master menu option, and then click History.

- The Change History screen allows you view and export your model’s history. It also allows you to customize your report and filter by several facets, including User, Date range, and Start Concept. Select and set the filters you want (in this exercise, we will not set any filters).

- Click Export as CSV.

- Navigate to a directory where you want to save the export, rename it if desired, and save it.
Outcome
You will have a file in the destination you chose. When you open it, you will see a table similar to the one on the Change History screen in KMM. The summary column will contain some HTML formatting tags that are used to display the text in KMM.
