Use Database PICA Queue Nap Time parameter -picanap to set the maximum PICA queue nap time in milliseconds.

- The number of milliseconds a process is blocked before it may attempt to gain control of the PICA queue.
Note: Increase
-picanap parameter to reduce CPU usage. Higher values are recommended when CPU usage is high.To change this parameter while the database is running, use PROMON or the _DbParams VST.
