Tamper Detection tab

Tamper detection is the ability of MOVEit Automation to detect attempts by an intruder to alter the database tables that contain audit information and activity history. An intruder would change these records to erase evidence of unauthorized use of the system, or to falsify file transfer histories.

  • Disable Tamper Detection - Controls whether or not tamper evident protection is used. Setting this to "Yes" will slightly increase performance and avoid false positives.
