Managing Permissions (Enterprise only)

From the top menu bar, select Settings > Permissions.
The Permissions dialog box opens.
On the Windows Groups tab:
- To add new MOVEit Users groups, click Add.
- To delete an existing group, select the group and click Delete.
- To edit a group, double-click the group, or select the group and then click Edit.

On the Members tab:
- To create new Windows users, click Add.
- To delete an existing user that was created by MOVEit Automation , right-click the user and select Delete.
- Administrators are not allowed to edit or delete Windows users that were not created by MOVEit Automation .
- To change the user's password, right-click the user and select Reset Password.
- To unlock a locked user, right-click the user and select Unlock.
- To change the group memberships of all Windows users and groups listed, click the Groups button.Note: The only property you can change for the built-in user miadmin is Group Memberships.
