Your organization's purchase of MarkLogic Server Service includes license and maintenance entitlements that grant access to MarkLogic Technical Support once you register by requesting an account as soon as possible after your tenancy is created.

MarkLogic Technical Support (along with the Progress Data Cloud Operations Team) assists with short-term issues of all types and provides professional service hours for these purposes:

  • Getting started

  • Designing and tailoring your application based upon the size of the Progress Data Cloud infrastructure purchased

  • Maintaining your service's infrastructure, cluster, and application health over time

These teams are triage and infrastructure focused; they will not be able to help with the performance profile or business needs of your application.
