Manage account email address

A contact email address may be specified to receive notifications about the account. This email address can be in a domain other than the one configured for the tenancy. If a contact email address is not provided, then notifications are sent to the Username email address.
To manage the contact email address:
- Click the User icon.
- Click your email address to open the Account Settings page.
- Scroll to the Personal Information section, and enter your preferred email in the Contact Email Address field.
- Click Add Email. A verification email is sent to the new email address.
- Open the verification email, and click the link to verify the new email address.
