Manage account email address

A contact email address may be specified to receive notifications about the account. This email address can be in a domain other than the one configured for the tenancy. If a contact email address is not provided, then notifications are sent to the Username email address.

To manage the contact email address:

  1. Click the User icon.
  2. Click your email address to open the Account Settings page.
  3. Scroll to the Personal Information section, and enter your preferred email in the Contact Email Address field.
  4. Click Add Email. A verification email is sent to the new email address.
  5. Open the verification email, and click the link to verify the new email address.
