Add a new database connection to a project

To create a new database connection:
- From the Project Explorer view, select a project.
- Right-click to expand the context menu.
- From the context menu, select Properties.
- In the Project Properties page, expand Progress OpenEdge in the tree view on the left.
- Select Database Connections.
- Select Configure Database Connections from the top of the Database Connections properties page.
- Click New to open the Add Connection Profile wizard.
- Specify connection parameters on pages of the . When you complete the wizard, the new connection is listed in the page. Click the checkbox next to the connection name to add it to the project.
