• You need at least 4.5GB of free space on your disk /data for this upgrade. If you are upgrading virtual appliance you might need to migrate your /data disk to different storage in FCC - System - Data Storage Settings.

• All optional Flowmon modules installed before the upgrade must be installed again with the supported version after the upgrade. All module data and configuration remains intact when re-installed.

• This upgrade changes the Flowmon RSA fingerprint for SSH access.

New features

• System - Operating system migrated to current version of CentOS 7.

• System - Rescue system can be selected for boot in case of severe device failure and lost of network connectivity to enable remote access for Flowmon technical support personnel.

• System - KVM virtualization platform officially supported for Flowmon Virtual Appliance. Openstack support is not ready yet and will be added later!

• FMC - Limit for maximum flow sources supported by collector is increased to 10000 (ten thousand).
