The package history lists the events related to the package, such as the time the package was sent and viewed, any notifications that were sent, and attachments that were downloaded.

To view the history of a package

  1. Go to your Packages page.
    • For a package that you sent: Click PACKAGES. Go to your Sent mailbox and click the package name to open the package.
    • For a package you received: Go to your Inbox. Click the package name to open the package.
  2. In the toolbar, click the […] icon. Then click View Package History.

    The Package History page opens.

Who Can See Package History?

The Package History page is available to all recipients of the package. Senders and recipients can view the initial package posting event.

  • Only the sender can view all the events.
  • Recipients can view only the events that pertain to them
